This is an employee position in Vancouver, BC Canada.

With a growing team of over 100 professionals we provide a full set of services to clients located in Canada and the United States. Our services range from upfront management consulting on strategy, policy, and direction through design and implementation of information technology to ongoing support and sustainment.

Position Profile:

Our Microsoft Dynamics (MS) CRM practice is growing rapidly, with both medium and large clients. We are implementing not only conventional sales and marketing CRMs but also significant CRM application’s that extend the features of MS CRM and include considerable customizations. Solutions typically include SharePoint and an application integration engine (e.g. Biztalk or Scribe).

Job duties and responsibilities include some or all of the following:

  • Design solution architecture relevant to customer business context
  • Planning and deploying installations and upgrades
  • Assisting clients with infrastructure or performance issues
  • Analyze interfaces and integration factors
  • Create data conversion designs / map existing data sources
  • Writes and tests data conversion scripts / programs
  • Handles complex configurations and workflows
  • Design and develop customizations
  • Code and test integration programs
  • Assist with gap analyses and business design sessions
  • Provide support for cutover and conversion
  • Develop custom reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience as a developer or configuration analyst, especially in a CRM environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is mandatory
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011 is desirable
  • Previous experience in consulting is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio, especially C#, SSRS, and SSIS
