Relationship Transformation
Knowledgetech’s Relationship Transformation takes the best elements of traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and extends it to encompass the array of relationships that exist in many other organizational scenarios. Knowledgetech recognized early on, that simply “managing” an existing relationship didn’t go far enough to create the type of returns our customers were expecting. Questions around who ‘owns’ a relationship, which relationships had the most value, how to extend existing relationships aren’t answered by traditional ‘sales/marketing/service’ CRM solutions.
As a result, we developed our proprietary Relationship Transformation programs that work more effectively to transform existing relationships to achieve greater returns for our clients. Our Relationship Transformation programs follow a disciplined set of activities to evaluate how to improve existing relationships to deliver more value.
Relationship Definition and Blueprint – These provide a foundation from which a relationship transformation program can be executed. The objective is to define the scope of relationships and analyse their relative value to the organization. Once complete, business capabilities are identified, related to the most valuable relationships, and a blueprint of how to deliver greater return to those capabilities by enhancing the relationships is created. This includes consideration of existing systems and data, as well as key processes and roles. The result, a living blueprint that clearly articulates how to achieve the desired returns from relationships
Relationship Transformation – Based on the chosen priorities from the blueprint, the specific relationship improvements can be designed and implemented. This is typically a combination of system, process and organizational enhancements. Knowledgetech leverages Microsoft’s best in class technology as the relationship engine for our programs.
Relationship Benchmarking – Once the relationship transformation is complete, Knowledgetech works with our clients to ensure that the changes are embedded successfully into the organization and expected results are achieved.
