Financial Services

We are not financial services generalists. Our financial services expertise is focused on the areas which make the greatest areas of difference to institutions and their clientele – designing and implementing the next generation of information and knowledge management and clientele experience management programs, and optimizing back-office operations.

Customer Experience Management

The marketplace is becoming increasingly competitive with more options that ever for consumers and businesses to shop their banking and finance needs. Numerous studies have shown that it is exponentially less expensive to keep a customer and gain new ones through referrals than have to acquire one through traditional marketing channels.

Enterprise Content Management

Enterprise content management is the backbone of successful management of today’s information overload. The more complex the variety of material, the audiences who consume it, and the authors who create it, the more important a sophisticated the approach to content management.

Within the financial services sector, regulatory considerations, process and workflow complexity, and integration of ‘paper’ content into digital repositories are all significant considerations for a successful content management solution.

KnowledgeTech’s Enterprise Content Management for Financial Services Solution provides the following functionality to organizations:

Signature Capture: The ability to capture electronic signature and/or digitized copy of signature and embed into documents in a secure/locked-down fashion.

Scanning and Indexing: Scanning of documents can occur on both MFP devices and at dedicated “high end” scan-stations within branches and head office. Indexing of documents is as automated as possible – users do not have to set key/index information if it exists on the document being scanned (done by utilizing bar codes, OCR, etc.).

Document Management Engine: The repository of all content provides easy and efficient input/output of content and is integrated with all systems. Full records management functionality is provided. Security, audit-trail, scalability, and consistency with the full solution are all provided

Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) Engine: Enterprise business processes are defined, stored, and processed in this fully integrated component. Directly supports ECM “document-centric” workflow but also provides support for workflow outside of ECM.

Risk and Governance Programs

In today’s regulated marketplace, knowing that your organization is pro-actively managing the back-office risks to the business is absolutely critical. Privacy and data security considerations make internal audit and risk management a critical function for any financial institution.
