Our Patient Outreach and Screening solution is a front-end to the clinical applications in order to provide clinic by clinic control of handling patient outreach functions. It features:
- An integrated solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- A solution that has been tailored to handle any screening agency recruitment and retention. There is one instance of the software that can be customized to support many different agencies. Our first implementation supported three specific screening agencies.
- Uses Dynamics CRM to handle the complex patient eligibility criteria for each screening program and the complicated mailing / sorting algorithms. It can be integrated with a Microsoft data warehouse to store clinical and demographic patient data that is subject to rigorous privacy restrictions
- Makes extensive use of workflows within Dynamics CRM to automate the recruitment, booking, and follow-up processes
Early cancer monitoring and detection through screening programs (breasts, prostate, colon, etc) is a growing public policy issue. As more of the population no longer have a primary / family doctor ensuring that all citizens are aware of and educated about appropriate cancer detection programs is becoming more difficult.
By gaining secure access to provincial MSP information as well as clinical and demographic information, targeted education campaigns can be run to elicit enrolment in proper cancer screening programs.

- Creating and managing Campaigns for each Screening Program for each type of correspondence s

- Handling mailing to patients and/or their physicians / healthcare providers
- Duplicate detection rules and merging/splitting client and health care provider records
