Knowledgetech successfully completes Dynamics CRM Upgrade
November 25th, 2009Centra Windows Ltd. (Centra) is an exclusive manufacturer of Shell Busey’s House Smart windows. Specializing in home energy efficiency, Centra manufactures and installs home replacement Energy Star windows, doors and siding.
KnowledgeTech Consulting was hired to upgrade Centra from their existing Microsoft CRM 3.0 deployment to Microsoft CRM 4.0. They also upgraded or replaced several third party components in order to meet Microsoft CRM 4.0 compliance and deployed the CRM Outlook client.
KnowledgeTech deployed a number of key CRM Workflows to help improve Centra’s business, and provided basic training on the workflow engine.
Additionally, KnowledgeTech worked with Centra Windows to help set a future vision for CRM at Centra, and help Centra plan on how to get the most out of their solution in future phases.
