Vancity Savings Credit Union Completes CRM Phase 2
January 17th, 2011Knowledgetech recently completed phase two of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation for Vancity Savings Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in Canada. Phase two of the CRM implementation brought the Foreign Exchange department onto a common CRM platform as the Business Banking department, retiring a legacy CRM system.
